Let’s Work it Out….Resolving Conflict During Trying Times
Jean Morrison, President of Morrison and Associates, Inc.

We all have an important part to play in navigating through our disagreements and differences to a path of peace, understanding, and collaboration as we work and live together. Difficult and uncertain times put us at a higher risk of relationship tension, misunderstandings, and disconnection resulting in conflicts and relationship breakdowns. We are shorter-fused, less tolerant, and therefore, more at risk of being hooked by our triggers and emotions. In this session, you will increase your self-awareness and learn helpful self-management techniques and strategies for courageous collaboration, improving conflict conversations, finding a path through disagreements, frustrations, and disappointments, and strengthening relationships.

In this session you will learn to:
1. Increase self-awareness- Begin to understand your response to stress
2. Improve self-management- Learn techniques that work for you
3. Resolve conflict- Learn to understand and collaborate with others in conflict
