Melanie DeLuca is the Chair of North Star Youth Exchange Districts 5950/5960.
She has been active in youth exchange since 2004 as an exchange student mom, host parent, President of the Orono Rotary Club, Youth Exchange Officer, Country Officer, STEP Chair, and now North Star Chair.
Professionally, Melanie is a school administrator and has worked in the field of Community Education for 38 years currently serving as the Director of CE for the Orono School District.
Throughout her professional career and volunteer life - Melanie has been passionate about serving youth. As a mom, grandmother, and educator - she believes that nothing is more important.
