The Rotary Action Plan for District 5960
The Four Priorities are:
- Increase our Impact – do more meaningful service projects
- Expand our Reach – Increase our membership by reducing attrition and increasing recruitment
- Enhance Participant engagement – help every member and service project participant feel they are important and fulfilled
- Increase our Ability to Adapt – by understanding what members want and making a plan to fulfill our vision.
