The Rotary Action Plan for District 5960

The Four Priorities are:

  1. Increase our Impact – do more meaningful service projects
  2. Expand our Reach – Increase our membership by reducing attrition and increasing recruitment
  3. Enhance Participant engagement – help every member and service project participant feel they are important and fulfilled
  4. Increase our Ability to Adapt – by understanding what members want and making a plan to fulfill our vision.

What's in it for you?

  1. Your club will be stronger – more members means the ability to do more good while receiving more personal fulfillment
  2. Simplicity and Alignment – have the leadership and discipline to have only a few clear goals.
  3. Continuity – 3 year targets, beyond just Rotary’s typical 1-year focus
  4. Area Adaptability – provide flexibility to clubs to engage in supporting goals that fit their area

The District is here to help.  The leadership has come up with a suggested plan for Membership, Public Image and The Rotary Foundation (click on the links for specifics.) Those teams stand by to answer questions, make presentations and otherwise help.

We also have great resources available.  Click here to view for a presentation on the Action Plan.  Click here for the Toolkit list from Rotary International.

Action Plan Team Lead – PDG Ken Crabb is also available for help.  Please reach out with any need.

Together we can make Rotary better.
