Participants will learn directly from successful business, education, government, and nonprofit leaders who have achieved their goals. They’ll uncover their own strengths, master the art of building and inspiring teams, and learn tools to turn vision into reality. This isn’t theory — it’s real-world, led by people who have excelled to the highest levels. This is where leaders are made — and where their edge begins.

Program Structure
The Leadership Edge consists of 7 interactive sessions, three of them in-person over four months. Each session features offline reading, participative learning, mentoring, and hands-on leadership experience.

Who should apply?
- This program is for emerging leaders who desire to build their leadership skills and gain experience in a safe environment outside their day-to-day work environment.
- While we hope you are a Rotarian, it is not a required. This is leadership skill development that will be useful in all aspects of your life.
- Applicants should have the sponsorship and support of their local Rotary club.

What is the cost?
- We are striving to keep the cost as low as possible for clubs to sponsor a leader
- Our pilot session cost is $300 per participant, which is covered by the sponsoring Rotary club
- All materials and Strengths Finder report are provided to the participant for no additional charge than the club sponsorship
