All Game Challenges must be electronically submitted using the submission links BELOW!
To the RIGHT… you will find RESOURCES to help complete each of the Levels.
1. GETTING READY FOR THE GAMES
Provide the name of your Club Membership Lead. (Tip: If this is already checked off on the leaderboard, then you’ve completed this event.) See sidebar for directions.
2. OPENING CEREMONIES
Establish a membership goal and enter it at Rotary Club Central. See side bar for directions
3. TRACK & FIELD TEAM
Conduct a survey of your club using the tools such as Club Planning Assistant or Club Health Check. You can also create your own survey.
4. OLYMPIC VILLAGE PARTY
Organize a membership engagement activity that supports personal growth, leadership development, service, or networking opportunities. Eg: Service Project, Club Social, or a booth at chamber event, etc..
5. GOING FOR GOLD
Pick from: Submit a success story on retention participate in a Retention Workshop Webinar with curriculum created by District and Zone leadership, or invite the District Membership team to speak at your club meeting about retention.
BONUS ROUNDS
6. TRAINING FOR GREATNESS
Club Membership Lead completes the Club Membership Basic Learning Plan in the Rotary Learning Center.
7. RECRUITING FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS
Sponsor or nurture a new Service Companion Club, Impact Club, Rotaract or Rotary Club
Submit all of your Game Challenges by clicking on each link below!
District Awards will be given to those club completing 5 or more levels
All levels must be completed by May 1, 2024
1. Getting Ready for the Games – Submit the name of your Club Membership Chair. Include the name of your Rotary Club. Many Clubs have already done this! Check the scoreboard to see your status!
2. Opening Ceremonies –Enter you Club Membership Goals into Rotary Club Central and submit report of completion to Ken Crabb.
3. Track and Field –See the side panel for options for Club surveys. Report the Club Survey taken by your Club and the results to Ken Crabb
4. Olympic Village Party – Use Pre-Event Checklist to promote your event to your members, the community and the District! Submit the Member Engagement activity & photos. Be sure to share this event on social media using hashtag #MembershipMatters Submit report of event to Ken Crabb.
5. Go for the Gold – Your choice of a success story, webinar viewing or asking for a club presentation by the Membership Team. Submit your choice for this Game and to schedule your visit/Zoom presentation
6. Bonus Round: Training for Greatness – Download completed training certificates and submit here
7. Bonus Round: Recruiting for Future Generations – Submit notice of forming a Service or Impact Club or Submit charter papers for Satellite Club, a new Rotary Club, or a new Rotaract Club
